need help with aq2200d

[laleezy 10+ year member]

I have 2 pioneer 5102spl 12s powered by 2 aq2200d amps.i thought i had blown my 1 of the amps because the sub i had the amp running to was not working.after taking the amp out i realize that my 2 extra batteries giong to my amps were dead.Question:would this cause the amp or the sub to stop working cause the power light is on but the sub wasnt moving?Any advice would help thanks
