need help with amp comparison

[Nitroxide 10+ year member]

I'm looking into getting a single high end sub that handles atleast 700-1000W RMS (i have a few brands in mind, including: RE, Diamond audio, image dynamics, or possibly JL). But i'm tryin to find the most bang for the buck out of the following amps:

1. JBL GTO 1201.1II

2. MTX Audio Thunder TA7801

3. Hifonics BX 1605D or 2005D

4. Diamond Audio D9800.2

5. eD Nine.1
