while the sundown does have more power the impedence from running 3 subs may throw it off so im leaning towards the jl due to that since it runs 1000 watts from 1.5 ohms to 4. however if you get the sundown you can run at 1.3 ohms and im assuming you would get over 1000 watts so i say whichever amp is cheaper for you
