Need Help With a System in My BMW

ok so i got a 2001 740il now and sold my 98 which didnt have nav so i used my ivad300. My 01 has navigation with dsp. i want to install components in the fronts and rears along with my kicker kx2500.1 and 650.4. So now what can i use to bypass the dsp.. i know i can use the cleansweep but will the MTX REq5 work as well? i can get that for 79.99..but im not sure.

im about to pull the trigger and order one of these but before i do i just want to make sure...which should i go with the JL CleanSweep or MTX REq5
