need help with a cut

I have a router and want to make this type of top for my fiberglass amp rack is this best acheived by molding the mat or by cutting the glass and if so what kind of router bit and jig do you use

um. why not make a jig from some cheap wood, and just look at all the bits, and pick the one you like the best. there are tons of different kinds of bits. ive personally never used one, but they dont seem that hard to use =\
