and i think someone was selling a gm h.o alternator somewhere here on this site, should look into it cause if it fits your truck your guna save alot of money than buying it from the company. mechman did an awesome job on mine though. 400$ for a 240amp alternator and they make it look **** too

Then for amps id look at the soubdqubed 3500 ampere 3800.1 or crescendo bc3500 any of those would work well

Not only would it not be as loud it would cost wayy more ..if u wana do 4 8s look into sa8 v2 we did for in a ranger and it was as loud as a single 15" zv3 .not on the level of 2 15s tho

The 4 8s we did were sundown sa8 v2 and were very impressive for 8s ..but if ur lookig for matching output of a pair of 15s it wont be that loud...but see what room u have to work with the seats folded up ..u might not have room for 15s anyways

Will do, If i were to do the 4 8's and another 10 or 12 in between passenger and driver seat,(click here to see where i mean) would that hit as hard or harder than 2 15's (all subs would be most likely be sundown) I would want to put the 10 or 12 in a bandpass box with some led's

Doubt it ..and u really dont wana start mixing size subs..measure the max dimensions u have for a box

I rarely hear a setup with the sub in between the seats that actually sounds good. Not a fan of those setups. If your looking into setups like 4 8's I would probably do 10's minimum. That type of setup is better than 2 15's in the sense that I will probably sound better across a broader range of music. If you just want output go with the 15's.
