need help wit paintin valve cover

I dont know a more purist way to do it then media blast, then prime, paint etc, or PC.

No primer, no media blasting, etc. Just high heat paint. (doesn't look good, I know, the car's gone now any ways)

8 or so months after I did the original painting of it.. and it hasn't flaked or anything (you can see the crappy job I did, though)
