Need help wiring

Do not present the amp with a 1 ohm load, unless you're into car fires.

Wire each sub's coils in parallel, then wire the subs together in series for a final 4 ohm load. The manual suggests the RMS rating at 4 ohms is 700W. That'll be 350W RMS to each sub (at best), which meshes well with the 400W RMS rating of your subs. This is what it looks like:

Make sure you set your gains correctly. There's a bunch of articles on the site, but I like this one because it has pretty pictures and includes download links for test tones:

Use a -5db, 40hz tone and you'll be golden.
