I didnt know ohms were louder, fuck, why do i even have subs, i just need ohms and im fucking set.
Instead of assuming his amp makes more power at 2 ohm why dont you check and make sure he doesnt have a JL or something that makes power equally at all ohm loads. And why dont you correct your statement so this kid doesnt walk around thinking he can say ohms are louder without a grasp of impedence (sp?).

if i was playing my 400w rms kicker at 2ohm and if it was actualy putting out 1000 watts to it wouldnt the sub be broken by now? i pound it all the time and its not so wouldnt that mean my amp is putting out less power?

is there a way to check how much watts im getting exactly so i know if my amp is not half broken?

Wow I just jynxed my self my kicker has blown with smoke coming out and no morew type rs in stock ****in great. Not gonna pay 3 bills for one so I guess ill jus wire one up to 4ohms ****kkkkkkkkkk
