Need Help Windows XP users with floppy drives

I need a favor to anyone who has a floppy drive still in there computere and is running windows xp. I need you to insert a blank floppy right click on drive a click format. Than under format click create msdos boot disk. Than let it do its thing than copy and past all the files that are in the floppy to a folder and email it to me. At reimermatt@gmail.com I rely need this boot disk for a computer I am working on but can not make a boot disk unless I have a floppy drive which I dont. Thank you whoever can help me out.

Go to a DOS prompt and type format a: /s it will format will the system files on it (bootable)

Dont have a floppy drive it is asking for a floppy disk but i dont even have a drive.

what exactly are you trying to do here? You know you can boot from CD rom if you change the boot order in your bios.

Yes i know I can do that but I am trying to do a fresh install but the license agreement I have with Microsoft the cd that they sent me will not boot by "hit any key to boot from cd" I need to get to a command prompt to boot up the install. I know what I am doing.

could it have anything to do with trying to put a OEM version of windows on a different machine?

I had that problem once. after a full hard drive wipe and new partitions it let me boot from cd.

NO i pay 600 bucks for a license agreement with microsoft to install windows xp on as many pcs as i want but the "new " cd and product keys they sent me the cd will not get recognized while booting up. I NEED THESE FILES
