need help where to put amp

hey eveyone my friend recommended this website. ANyway i have no clue when it comes to amps and subs. I recently bought a 800 watt Rocksford Fosgate 12 subs and it took up most of my trunk ( i have a small car) i don't want to mount the amp on the trunk floor and i can't mount it in the back because its just my seat my question is can i mount in on da side of my sub? i tried velcro but my amp is too heavy?

any advice helps

well you can try putting the amp on the side or top of the enclosure

Just screw it to the side/back/top of the enclosure. spend $2 at home depot on some cable clamps & secure those too.

i am guessing you mean you want to mount it to the box not the actual sub and yeah, have you tried screws? thats what you are supposed to do with the mounting holes on the amp...

what about under the driver's seat then just run the speaker wires back to the subs.

or screw it to the side of the box.
