Need help torubleshooting a problem :)

Hey guys, this is my first post here. Seems like you guys really know your stuff so I figured I'd ask you here. Today I upgraded my headunit from an old Pioneer to a new Pioneer DEH-P3000IB. I was kicking *** with it and enjoying the upgrade when my mp3 player went from a really quiet song to an insanely loud one. It was seriously off the wall loud. I'm running an Alpine Vpower MRPF250 4 channel amp with 2 6x9 Rockford Fosagates in the rear and 2 5 1/4" Infinitys in the front. Anyways, I immdediatley noticed my 6x9s have zero kick now. they just sound really muddy and weak now. I check the fuses on the amp and they are good. I swapped the fronts with the rears on the amp and the fronts get super quiet too if I do that. I'm lost. Is it the amp, speakers or Headunit? It was sounding great till the songchange.

^ thats wrong.

if you change the RCAs and the problem changes speaker then it would be the HU. if you change the ouput speaker wires on the amp and the problem changes speaker it should be the amp. and it nothing changes its the speaker.
