hows everyone doing?

I am not new to these forums, but i read and browse more I post.

but i just sold my car and bought a chevy avalanche and looking to put a new system in it.

I was wondering what you all think about this, I am considering DD subs or something along those lines.

Looking to pay about 800 give or take on two used 12 inch subs down in the classifieds.

with those subs thinking about 3000 watts total, and split those so like 1500 to each. with that am i looking

at a new alt and batterys or no? I mean i want to take care of the subs,amps, and Hu before i get into the components.

If anyone has an extra minute to talk about my new build i would greatly appreciate it

$800 will get you a lot of sub from the classifieds. You already have a 3k amp? How much room do you have to work with? What vehicle is it going in?

I just bought a DD sub. You will not be disappointed.

im putting it in the midgate of my chevy avalanche, so i remember fisher boxes are great so im trying to see if he can work something out, or maybe local shop do a fiberglass box.

no I dont have a amp yet, so im just looking for the best options for me.

kinda wanted to do .

DD subs

sundown amp

w505 hu

thats just a rough outline of what i kinda wanted to do so far, any help with the math and right amp for the sub would be great
