Need Help Setting Up My Settings For My System

Have a 2006 Civic and have put a pioneer 7800 in. Well, I just got a sub put in now alsol. JL W3 V 0 and a JL 250/1 powering it. Well, now I have all these setting on my pioneer that I have no idea what they do. Also, on my amp I have no idea what to do also. I'm a noob. I'm still rolling my stock speakers for now till I get a componet set, another amp, and a descent set of two ways for the back. So help is always thanked.
