need help setting my gains please

Sorry if this has been asked before but I need help.

I have a pioneer avix x1 headunit. a eq/dsp and im running my set active through an active crossover.

Im using 3 amps, 1 for bass, 1 for mids, 1 for treble.

my headunits max volume is 62 so 75% of that is 45.5.

Questions are.

Do I set my amps crossovers on flat.

Do I then turn all gains down including the level control on the active crossover.

Do I then turn up headunit volume to 45 and the turn up active crossover level control to say half way.

Do I then turn up amp gains.

Im doing this by ear but just dont know where to start. Sorry.

Also can I set headunit to loud before doing all this or after

ohms of ur final load x the watts you desire x 1 =squared

ohm load times wattage desired. then squareroot that. thats your target voltage.

for instance if had a 2 ohm load and the subs needed 3k,it would be 3000x 2=6000 squared =77 volts needed
