Need help setting gains on pioneer amp with morel elates

Kenwood bt852hd (2.5V pre-outs)

Pioneer GM-D9500F (bridged 200x2)

Morel elate 6s

Morel mt-23 tweets

Morel mx-22 crossover (passive)

Tried to set the gain by ear using music through usb, never heard any distortion. Then i tried using a 1khz test tone, never heard any distortion or clipping.

Any suggestions?

With simple dmm method, you should be at 28 v ac.

Its 200 watts at 14 V so it should be less then that using ohms law. Don't really want to use a dmm, the amp is underated so i don't want want to lose any amp potential

edit: I just tried the dmm method, with the volume set to 27, full gain only got me 25 volts at the bridged speaker terminals using the 1khz tone. The voltage is the same at the amp and the battery under load. What does that mean?

volume set to 27/35, everything set to flat
