CarAudio.com Elite
In search for a temporary amp and just trying to move the subs I no longer have a use for, I was told about Force Electronics. This place is hidden in Santa Ana, CA. It's essentially the Goodwill of car audio. It literally has a ton of used speakers, amp, subs. They also have some new stuff. Spent almost 2 hours there looking and stuff. Brought my 2 TC-1000s and both Memphis PR subs, just in case.
Here's what I spent: all 4 subs + $170
Here's why I got: Planet Audio RXD2400 (used and refurbished by PA) and Denon AVR-1908 home audio receiver (kinda used?)
I wasn't able to do extensive research on my phone while there, but I priced a few things and feel like I got a great deal. They hooked the amp right there on the spot to test - with a DC sub nonetheless and it worked fine. The receiver also works fine. The owner told me they also fix woofers and subs there - not sure about how good of a job they do, but they do do it lol
Honestly, this place is a treasure hunt. While they do carry a vast selection of used crap, they also have some DC audio, few arc subs, and I saw like a 4 ft long alphasonic amp, zapco amp, Orion HCCA 10004, and standard selection of Hifonics.
Overall, this thing is a pure treasure hunt and I love it. The manager seems pretty knowledgeable and says he used to be a DC dealer himself. If you're looking to buy or trade without breaking the bank, this is the spot.
