Need help selecting a sub(s)

Hi, I am building a SQ system, that I still want to be pretty loud. I have narrowed down a couple subs, let me know what you guys think.

I have 1100wrms to run.

Either 2 12 inch Eclipse Aluminums

1 12 inch IDMaxv3

1 12 inch xxx(is 1100wrms enough??)

2 12 inch AVI sls300's

I wonder if I have enough power to run the xxx, and the AVI's are really pricey, I was leaning toward either the IDMax or the 2 Eclipse Alums, I want SQ and SPL, mostly SQ though.

Let me know what you think.

The xxx and AVI are way more money, but it would cost around the same for the IDMax or the Alums.

I like eclipse subs...but everyone on this forum will tell you to go with RE since it's a fav. on here. But RE is a very great sub and I as well would choose the XXX

But for strict SQ like your wanting then I would go with the IDMax as being known for such a great SQ sub

u well 2 12's comparing to 1 12"...

Due to just the cone area the alums will probably get louder.

But my opinion I would go with the Eclipse's

But if you want to get really loud and still have pretty good SQ (with the proper enclosure) Go with the XXX.

Of the three you won't be dissapointed with any of them.

You think the Eclipse's will match the IDMax in SQ?

With the xxx I just worry that I don't have enough power, would it sound ok with 1100w?

IMHO go with the Eclipse Alums. Great subs that sound very good and get decently loud.
