Need Help! Running 12 Volt off 110 volt...

At many of the indoor car shows I am taking my car to this year the battery must be disconnected. I want to be able to run at least some of my equipment. I know that I can rent power and use an extension cord to the card. I have seen this done where the car plugs into the 110volt outlet and was able to run equipment and lighting. I don't care if I can't run every bit of equipment in my car but I'd like to at least run the screens, strobes, and LEDs/Cathodes. Does anyone know how to do this???
