Need help runnin amp for highs and a amp for subs

Okay my current setup is 4 12's 1000w each, a 421D mtx thunder pushin them with a 8 farad cap to em. Im planning on taking the cap out cuz its killin my car. Ive done the big 3 and i want to run the amp i got for my highs. Im not sure if it will kill my batterty an alt or what cuz i realllly dont know here. So if anyone could let me know what to do id appreciate it very much thanks.
