need help picking subs for this amp

i have a kicker zx750.1 mono amp that i had hooked to an L7 and the sub went to shit and now i need some new subs. I drive a f150 extended cab so room isnt too much of an issue. Have you looked at the JL W6 or W7s? I think you could run one 10W7 or one 13W6. Maybe another L7 12" or a L5 15". Could always drop down to a pair of smaller 8 or 10".

I guess it all depends on what type of music you like and what your budget is. I've always liked JL Audio and Kicker.

well i listen to all music, rap, rock etc... my price range is idk something around 250 -400ish depending on the subs

On another not i ran my L7 off 1k rms and it took it like a champ.

go for it, you should also look into the RE SX or the SE. I know according to RE's specs that amp would over power the SE but they can handle more than they are rated for

yea i had the old L7 and the newest version of the amp so idk that my have ahd something to do with it, and with the RE SE do u mean at 4 ohms like this

if you can get em cheap go with another kicker sub otherwise pick anything decent like a set of type r's or some re's

i would go with 2 cvr 12s. but its up to you. i got one cvr with that 750.1 amp and i plan on adding another cvr..

one more real quick question, if i get the two cvr's i need two dual 4 ohm correct?
