Need help picking out a truck

My honda civic can't haul boxes for gnomeaudio anymore. It never could. I need some help finding a decent truck, ext cab.

Out of most mini'ish trucks, s10s, tacomas, rangers etc., what woudl you guys choose? Keep in mind i'm turning 18 tomorrow, and most kids my age dont have that kind of cash. So I want to keep it under like $3,000=4,000.

s10 without a doubt! They are tiny, but VERY reliable and i'm sure you can find plenty in ur range.

Mainly for work, although I will give it a clean look. I won't make it sit on the ground and shit. I'll maybe put some TRUCK rims on it and a decent paint job. Thats about it though.

well does he want to look like a clown or have something that offers him functionality, style, and upgrade compatability. and x2 to the 1500 chevy, they are just as better than the s10s. ext cab 1500 chevy...so many possibilities for a system...*drool*.....

88-98 body style Chevrolet 1500.

The old Nissan and Toyota trucks are ok ... don't have a lot of torque but hey, what can you expect. They'll last forever.
