Need help picking an amp

I'm going with a setup of two Memphis M5 15's 15M512D4 - Memphis Car Audio and was curious as to what amp I should go with for these. I'm really wanting to stick with memphis as I plan on going with the whole Mojo series for tweeters and speakers too as I currently can get discounts on memphis equipment. Just curious on the opinions you guys have on what amp I should go with for these 15's.
Get urself a solid 1500rms amp and you will be good ..i havent ran memphis in years since i got away from mainstream..but if i were to buy a amp for that setup today id get a ppi bk1800.1 they are 200 bux new..pretty solid amp

Nothing wrong with the m5 but for the money i can think of a few subs that will out do the m5 for that price unless ur totally set on memphis ...theres a whole world of "underground" subs out there that will take 3 time the power the m5 will in that price point

I've been through a few memphis products in the past and really liked what they had to offer at the price points. Which "underground" brands would you recommend and do they usually have any form of warranty or anything?

Oh yea they all have warranties ...in that price range u could go with a sundown audio sa15 .american bass xfl 15..soundqubed hds315 ..which is only 159 and is a 1200 rms sub theres quite a bit more but those are off the top of my head

Lets backtrack for a minute ...what kinda vehicle is this going in ? What kinda music do u listen to ? Going ported or sealed? Any goals for this setup?
Going in a 2000 mustang with the rear seats removed, a picture of a basic setup of what I'm doing would look like this http://www.mikefordmustang.com/writeups/how-to-make-a-rear-seat-delete-mustang/rear-seat-delete_files/23.jpg but I'm also planning on mounting the amp where the bottom of the seat would be and with some lettering and a mustang emblem done in the carpet. I listen to mainly rap (wiz khalifa, lil wayne) but with some older rock in there too (AC/DC, Ozzy and so on.) along with a little bit of alt (Cage the elephant) but the main music I would be using these to listen to would be on the rap end. I'm thinking about going ported because that seems the best for a "boomier" sound, but I may have to go enclosed with this setup as I'm mounting the subs through the delete kit into a box I'm getting custom done. Not much in terms of goals other than to be fairly loud but sound clean. I'll be getting mids and highs later on, not too far in the future but more after this semester is over.

So is that a fully enclosed box behind the faceplate or is it infinite baffle?

I'm not sure how the ones in the picture are set up as it's just kind of a reference one I found. I'm planning on having a fully enclosed box behind mine as the memphis M5's probably wouldn't do to great without having one. I'm assuming they're 15's as the audio shop I've been dropping by has been saying two 15's would fit perfectly fine. They've said they've done two 18's in a similar setup.

Can they port it for you? Any of those subs listed would do good tuned around 30-35htz with about 14-16" of port per cube ...or you can stick a big 8" aeroport in there would look really nice

And the box will need to be 8-8.5 cubes after sub and port displacement

They should be able to, I'll be paying quite a bit for the custom box. I believe I am going to stick with Memphis as I do like their products and price isn't a huge issue as I was going to "upgrade" to a 77 corvette but changed my mind due to cost of upkeep and just decided to upgrade my system.

Well good luck with whatever you go with . You'll have to post some pics once you get it done
