I have a Audiobahn A4002T 400Watt RMS AMP 2 channel

The specs are • 2 Ohms Stable Stereo

• 2 x 100 Watts RMS @ 4 Ohms Stereo

• 2 x 200 Watts RMS @ 2 Ohms Stereo

1x400 Watts RMS@ 4 ohm bridged

It says it is 800watts max

I want to get a 10" single sub to bridge.

What should I get? Should I run the amp at max wattage or rms

Should I get a dual 4ohm or single 4ohm SUB?

Can I get a 600watt sub that is dual 4ohm like a dub1000 audiobahn and only run it a 400 or will it send the whole 800max?

Please help

Also Should I hook up a crossover to save my amp the power it takes to run its built in crossover.I have one already.Just not sure if I need it hooked up.
