Need help on wiring 2 deka 8a31s in trunk...

Im running stock alternator and battery in the front, About to do a big 3, hook up speakers tweeters and a 4 channel amplifier, and the thing i don't quite know how to do which is wire the back batteries im putting in from the front to power my subwoofer and amplifiers....
