Peak Power Handling 600 watts approx.
RMS Power Handling 300 watts
* I took an ohm reading and for each sub (Wired into the box) reads about 7.2, dont know what that means lol

Output Power
Preamp Outputs: 1 Pair
Peak Power Output (Watts X Channels): 900 x 2
Bridged Power (Watts X Channels):600 x 1
Power At 2 Ohms (Watts X Channels): 300 x 2
RMS Power Output (Watts X Channels): 150 x 2
Minimum Impedance Bridged:4 Ohms
Minimum Impedance Unbridged:2 Ohms
Tri-Mode Capable:Tri-Mode Capable
I feel like i should be getting more bass than i have....
1. I was talking to a car audio place and they said that when i had everything installed the guys who put it in used the wrong ohm rating for my 2 subs and that its cutting down on the power. He also said the amp is a little underpowered for those subs. Is this true?
2. I was thinking about getting a new JL 500-1 amp to hook up now, then upgrade my subs to either a 12w6 or 10w7 in the future.
My questions-
1. If i get the JL 500-1 will i be able to run my 2 10w3s off this, then switch to either the 12w6 or 10 w7 later?
2. Are there different versions of this amp? If so which one will i need?
3. What ohm rating would i need for the 12w6?
4. What ohm rating would i need for the 10w7?
5. I dont know much about all this yet, anything i should know before buying all this?
Thanks for the help!
