I am making a false floor in my 2000 chevy blazer for four infinity kappa perfects 12.1's.

They are powered by 2 hifonics 2 channel amps with 300 watts rms at 2 ch at 2ohms

Do I need a horizontal brace

Would it help the sound quality if i had dynamat behind each sub

you shouldn't need a horizontal brace of the box is shallow (i believe you brace if it's >16"). i doubt the dynamat will do anything. if anything coat it with fiberglass resin or some cascade audio spray.
