Need help on my setup...

I have 2 12" dual 4 ohm type R's...right now i have both hooked up to the Alpine v12 MRD-M605 amp, wired at 4 ohms...i fill they need more power though...Im looking into getting either the Orion 1200d or the 2500d amp and wiring them to 1 ohm....Which Orion amp would be better if Im listen to my stereo on a daily bases? or should i just get another v12 amp and hook each sub up to the 2 amps at 2 ohms each? Also what would be a good power source? Right now I only have my stock battery (i have a honda civic) and a 1 fared cap. should i go with another 1 fared cap if its more power? Any suggestions? With a civic.. I would not recommend the 2500D unless you plan on upgrading everybit of your electrical system to support it.

A wiser choice would be to go with the 1200D and a ported box to achieve the desired volume.

You should also take that cap out of your system and research the big 3 upgrade as well as a beefier battery than the stock one.

orion 1200d should work fine,but get a battery(like a yellow top), do they big3, lose the caps,and should be fine

whats wrong with the cap in the system? i have the big 3 link in my favorites just havnt really read it all that good. and what kinda battery would you recomend? thanks

then have someone who is experience help you out. I myself don't know much about cars and i'm having a friend help me out with the big 3 this weekend. i'm sure you can ask someone.
