Need Help On Amp

So i have a TIS amp( it was free). I hooked it up and the power light comes on and it is not on protect mode. So there is power and the amp will turn on and you can here the fans going and everything. When i hook speakers up to it they dont move. The speakers are good im sure but is there any way to fix this. Can anyone think of something i can do to get this amp working myself? It def not worth getting fixed.

did u hook up some rca's? and is the gain up?

yeah everything was hooked up i thought it would work so i installed it as if it worked and yeah the gain was all the way up, then 3/4 then 1/2 then 1/4 i tried all ranges of gain.

Did you follow the remote wire and see if it got cut or smashed anywhere.

I had this same problem now that i think about it. I had accidentally let the pos and Neg speaker wires touch while the car was on. It had the power on but the protect light wasn't. You should take the power wire off and put it back on and if you did do that it we'll reset that little light and it should work.

check fuses on amp

now that u mention that he did say something ab the wires sparking maybe that is it. What do i disconnect and re connect?

I just had to disconnect the power wire.
