Need Help On Amp Selection

I have a '05 chevy colorado reg. cab and i am getting a 10" KickerCompVt sub

peak watts 800

rms watts 400

I need to know what would be a good amp for this... also do i need a cap???

Do not use a cap! Also whats the impedance of the sub?
