need help noise problem

hello everyone

i have a noise problem/ its constent whine and when i prees the brake its worse.

i read the cummon fixes nothing works. check every wire didnt find anything wrong.

i have a clarion hx d2 hu morel elate 3 way amp: 4ch batller 4ch genesis 3series and active focal sub. the thing when i remove the 4 rca its quite put him back and the noise is back. tnx for help.

does sound like a classic ground loop problem.

what you have is less important than how it's all grounded/mounted/wired/installed.

It took me around 6 months to solve my issue with engine whine, K_H_A is right though, can you explain your install a little more in depth to us?
