Firstly, what kinda sound do u want? are u leaning more towards sound quality, or loudness? if you pick sound quality, you may lean more towards a sealed box, while if you want a little more loudness, ported would be the way to go.

Use 3/4" MDF all around...

By no means am i anywhere neara expert box builder....but..i'll help you out as much as I can.

going for sound quality i was gonna use a sealed box and im hooking up a 1600 watt

orion hcca amp to it so it should be plenty loud.

yup its dual voice coil and im not sure what impedence means sorry
