need help!!! is this bad???

Ok i bought some 6 1/2' speakers for the back of my 90 4runner... i thought it came stock with 6 1/2 but didnt, it cme with 5 1/4" so i made them fit in the factory speaker box but when i installed the entire speaker box back, the speaker has barely any clearance...

there is clearance, but barely any... should i remove it and trim the metal panel? or is it ok?

did you play it yet? Its not like a sub, its not gonna be flexin all that much, I would say its ok as its hardly on it.

looks like its hitting the plastic, something will have to be done there to ensure the cone hits nothing.

yeah i played it and it sounded good, but i did notice that the other side flexed a lot more than this one,,, the one on the other side has no clearance issues

oh and they are TMA's 150 watts rms i got for $75... is that a good deal?
