Need help installing a line output converter?

So im trying to install an amp myself, and i am keeping my stock stereo, so i bought a line output converter. I tried to hook it up but i had no idea where to do it. So if anyone could please provide detailed instructions it would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty straight forward, if youre installing the amp int eh rear of the car, tap into your cars rear speaker wires

Just be sure to wire each input the same on the LOC.
