Need Help Installing a Line Out Converter on Stock Deck

Well, recently I sold my 9300 deck. I am planning to get another highend deck soon. Probably not for a month or so. Unless I come across a great deal //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Anyway, I have MMATS D300HC amp that I am going to push 2 Orion HCCA 12's with @ 2-ohms. I will end up getting a LOC from Walmart for like $20 or so. I think it's a Scosche LOC. I haven't got it yet so I haven't looked at the instructions. I have looked at the LOC though and there seems to be several wires, I guess all the speaker leads, and there are also several gain adjustments on top. Does anyone know how difficult it is to install or what wires to use or what to set the gain adjustment at? Thanks. I would appreciate some quick responses cause I am installing tomorrow morning.

Just run the speaker leads into your speakers, then the RCA outputs into your amp. I honestly don't know what those stupid level converter things are but you just gotta mess w/ em until it sounds right.
