need help in winding sound

i need help in winding and static sound on mobile dvd player....used several grounding procedures...and placed isolator...but still has winding sound on dvd play....dvd player is a pyle 130 model..

most likely.... its because its a pyle. but try and ground it directly to the negative terminal of the battery.

Lets see, you put a ground loop isolator on and regrounded the unit, thats the first thing I would have suggested.

If possible, remove the head unit from the car and bench test it, if the noise persists on the test bench then somthing is faulty in the unit.

Does the noise only happen when the car is running?, or is it present at all times?.

May as well jump on this bandwagon, Pyle = Pile o' shit...

You can try an inline noise filter for the power wire to the DVD player.
