Need help I'm a newb

Okay so I'm thinking about buying this setup but I don't really know anything about it other than the fact that there not super nice. The 2 subs are 12" 12w1 v2.8 and the 2 amps are rockfords. one is a P3002 2-Channel Amplifier and the other is a P4004 4-Channel Amplifier. My question is how will this system sound and am I getting a good deal at $250 for everything shown in the picture:

hell yeah it's a good deal. JL is pricey. rockford makes good amps.

If it works you got quite a deal. Rockford amps are not cheap.

buy it, a very nice start for a decent install.
