Need help identifying this woofer

I got these two from a goodwill, they were in perfect condition so I thought I could use them to play around with.

Two problems, I don't know the brand name of them : I did a google search, and the closest like serials came from tang band however I emailed them with the ID on the back of the speaker and they said they don't have or had any speakers with that serial.

Second problem is without knowing what speakers these are I do not know their wattage, frequency response etc which makes it very hard to put them on an amp.

If anyone has any idea what these speaker brand could be I would appreciate it.

something home audio measure the coil bet it's above 4ohm..

I'd say it's a Tang Band design, being that it uses TB's w designation for it being a woofer.

I've used TB speakers a few times before, and that looks just like their designs. W "something" is a good indicator, too. It's not currently sold... but it's probably 10 year old 6.5" woofer, or 6.5" sub... back before they got "cool" for full range and niche speakers. No telling if it's 4 or 8 ohm.

I can say, don't put more than 20-30 watts in it to test... because most of their speakers have been low power and high sensitivity.

So I tested them on a JVC 140watt stereo system and they held up well to max volume (plugging one speaker at a time), they also held up to a lot of techno bass songs without distortion.

They sound clear, but they do not produce very good highs (above 1k).
