Need help identifying amplifier and subwoofers

I recently purchased a vehicle with a set of 12" subwoofers and a Tsunami db-1800t amplifier.

I have absolutely no clue what brand the subwoofers are and I don't know anything about the amplifier either. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Can you guys help me out and let me know if this is a good setup or should I sell it and get something better. It sounds good but it's wired through the factory stereo so it's really limiting the quality. How much would this system sell for on today's market?
