need help from some1 who knows the law

I had a cop take a major sucker shot at me from behind, while I was sitting in a chair at a club in South Padre Island once. I had no idea he was there, or that there was any reason for him to attack me. All of a sudden I was tackled out of my chair, onto the ground so hard that my head, face, elbow, and shoulder ground several feet on a rough pavement floor with this cop prick's entire weight on top of me. He said it was for public intoxication but I was far from drunk. I didn't even have a drink on me, and was just sitting in a chair amusing myself watching my buddies dance like 80's freaks with some girls they were flirting with.

That night I spent on the floor of their jail with around 30 drunk college guys. The next morning the local judge didn't care about the story and nailed me with the PI conviction because he said he thought "someone like me" would do something like that. There was absolutely no proof or reason for the attack or the charge.

At the time, I had shaved sides and back of my head and the top was long -- down to the back of my waist and wore a goatee. Must have been a pretty rebellious look for those hicks because there was no chance for me to defend myself. I intend to get an attourney some day to screw with them, but since I would need to be there, I'll have to get some time away from work.

The cops and judicial system there work together to make money for the town and cover each other's butts. I'm sure it's the same in other towns.

It was the same way at my college cops around the bars all the time. Mostly they were there for fights and to nail kids that were stupid enough to drive. They have been around drunk college kids for years and years. As long as you dont cause a problem or a scene they wont even notice you. They are there for safety and liability reasons.

citations don't mean shitand you cant only get one if you act drunk in public,so

act reasonably normally when you walk by the PIGS and you wont have an issue.

The PIGS know its a college town and are a little more forgiving.

You make it sounds as if the PIGS are sitting in their cars outside the bar's eating donuts waiting for you .....

from what ive been told, thats what the pigs do. they sit out and wait for the kids. thats why im worried. supposedly they can bust us just for being intoxicated. without even causing any problems

cops **** ***. theyre just assholes on a power trip. they serve no purpose around this area except to waste taxpayers money.
