Need help finalizing first install

So I did my install of the JVC KW-XR810 and Fosgate P1683 speakers and I love it so far for $500. Decided not to get components like I wanted seeing as how I wasn't taking it to a shop to get done and wanted to limit the difficulty this time around since I've never did a self-install before.

I just need tips regarding a possible ground wire problem with a static/buzzing noise coming from the speakers and changing tones when I accelerate. Also, my rear right speaker is a much lower volume than my other 3. Any help regarding those two issues?

sounds like you miswired something. did you use factory speaker wiring? did you use a vehicle harness? did you match up the colors perfectly with the vehicle harness and the pioneer harness?

you shouldn't have any noise if you wired it correctly.

did you run new wiring directly to each speaker? you may be feeding a factory amplifier - resulting in signal issues. what vehicle?

It's a 2007 Focus. Crutchfield sent me the JVC harness for the radio and that's what was used. I had a buddy who helped me and since this was my first time really being hands on with an install, I didn't know what to do in some cases and one of those was the speakers. He disconnected the stock speakers and installed the aftermarket and then ran the amp speaker wire for each channel back to the factory harness where he switched the amp speaker wire with the factory harness. (If I made it clear enough?)

Any idea about the one speaker lower than the others?

if you mixed up the speaker wires, that could result in noise and one speaker being quiet.

you're not using an external amplifier, correct? you're powering your speakers from the Pioneer head unit?

where did you ground the head unit? i ground head units to the vehicle floor - a mounting bolt of some sort that is to bare metal. i don't typically use the factory ground wire.

how is it quieter? does it sound different - i.e. no treble? if you adjust your fader and balance to isolate each speaker, does it sound different or is it just quieter? it's possible it's a bad speaker. you could swap speaker locations (left vs. right) and see if the problem moves - that would identify the speaker or the wiring as the culprit.

I have my speakers connected to a 4 channel. My JVC HU is not seperately grounded, just grounded to my regular harness I guess?

Over the last few days, maybe due to me lowering the gain, the buzzing is alot quieter and also seems to possibly be only my right front speaker.

Also, the speaker that is quieter is just totally quieter as if the volume control is 1/3 on that one compared to the others.

What kind of tests should I try in trying to see about the "lowered" speaker? Switch it's location on the amp?

That is my #1 priority over the slight buzzing as of now.
