Need help deciding what amp.

Okay I have 2 memphis mclass 12's (400 watt max 200 watt rms dual 4ohm vc) I was planning on running a 1 ohm load. But what amp should i get im looking for somthing around 1000-1200 watts and I want to spend under 200. an what should I run a 2 channel or a mono amp...also class a/b or d. I been doing allot of research on this last few days and my mind is just fryed.
