Are you talking about an amplifier for the subs or the door speakers?

2 1250w RMS subs would like an amplifier in the 3000w area. 2ohm DVC subs can be wired to 2ohms, or 0.5ohms (right?). You need an amp that can run at 0.5ohm or a big boy amp that does 3k at 2ohm. Those cost more than $200.

Also, 3000w amplifiers need upgraded electrical because stock alternator and battery do not have that much additional power.

This will work, and it's in your budget. Wire it at 2 ohms.

2 evl-15s and you're budgeted under $200?
To quote the resident "comon' man" ... Next it'll be on stock electrical. I'd plan on 4-5k with the current to feed it.

Please tell me the enclosure isn't a Skar prefab like they sling as part of package deals? No real hate here but from a tons of experience with those particular subs viewpoint. Fed right those 15s can get nuts.

This Taramps Amp will work, but keep in mind, with that much power, comes great amounts of money needed. You'll need to spend at least another $400 on wiring, extra batteries, the box, etc...
