need help choosing amplifier

Okay, I'm buying MA Audio HK602C 200 Watt 6.5" and I was wondering if what amp to get? My second question is do I need a 4-way amplifier or just a two-way? I would think just a two-way with high pass filters and set them at 80hz to start so everything about 80hz will be sent to crossovers then from there they will be sent to either components or tweeters or a mix, correct? If anyone can help me pick out an amp for 150$ or less i would be extremely thankful!

Alright, just ordered the cadance zrs equivalent amp.. ma Hk 6.5 comp set and some random amp kit for it 8 guage power wire.. I think im set and ready to bump!
