Need help can't get amp to play rear speakers

I took out my highs and mids amp and reconnected it (audiopipe apcl 2004) when I reconnected it the rear speakers quit working. When I switch the amp from 4 channel to 2 channel, all 4 speakers work but fading it to the front does nothing and fading it to the rear turns down the volume on all four speakers so the rear speakers are getting power. I looked at the setup for in the manual to make sure all the settings were correct and they are. I'm 90% sure all the wires are connected correctly. Please help, thanks!
