I have decided to get into the Mp3 players but being I am new to them I do not no which one to get, ipod, zune, ect..? Please help me out here guys, also do I have to pay for a subscription to download songs onto it and how many gigs would I need to be happy?

Thanks

i have 30g zune and it is full. i like the zune player a lot more than i do the ipod. but itunes compared to zune i like i tunes. so if it will mainly be used outside of your computer i would go zune. it gets the radio shows album art you can save backgrounds. if you go used zune are usualy a lot cheaper too. ipod runs aftermarket deck world though.

ipod

you can connect it to almost any headunit now. The plug will charge and will display the song title on the headunit. You also control the ipod though the headunit

zune does it also but with a 3.5mm plug and you have to control the zune

lol, I think you mean SUBscription. And you don't have to purchase one if you have other means of getting music.

Get whichever you like best. When it comes down to it, they will all be doing the same thing.

Let me be honest to you with the different options. I've had every mp3 brand that is worth mentioning.

Ipod - If you like something that can connect to tons of programs, cars, ect with decent sound quality.

Zune - If you like sharing music with someone else and enjoy huge screens.

Creative Zen - If you enjoy sound quality, big screen, connectivity, features, and ease of use. (Best of the 3)

I've had all 3, the creative being my first... and let me tell you that it is unmatched in clarity and completely blows all competition out of the water with all the different effects you can give your music. Think 9 to 18 band eq in a mp3 player.

The nano is decent... again, Ipod is not the best choice for someone who enjoys real quality music. I'd go for one of the small zen models. Check on the creative site. You won't regret your purchase.
