static noise from coaxials?

I have a 02 silverado regular cab and recently replaced the blown stock speakers with some pioneer coaxials that im running off of h/u power, and on some songs there is a static/scratching sound coming out of the speakers. What would cause this and what can i do to fix it?

Polarity maybe? Check your wiring, try to swap + and - on speaker terminals.

Make sure nothing else is touching wires.

Does the crackling occur on every song?[is the problem intermittent?] On both CD and radio?What kind of HU?Are the speakers better than the HU?

It happens on most songs but only on certain parts if that makes sense. My h/u is a pioneer 6900 ub , and the speakers are just pioneer coaxials from wal mart.
