Need help, been scammed......

So, it looks like I've been officially scammed. I bought a set of Boston Pro60 components from "Hukaze" on eca.com, he sent me his ebay thing to take a look at, looks fine, doesn't it?

Well, I sent him the money via paypal, a little under $400 and I've gotten nothing, not one email, no tracking number, nothing in almost 2 months. All paypal said was that I can file a claim, but I don't think thats gonna do jack. Has anyone ever been in a situation like this? This sucks very bad for me, to lose $400 and fear that I'll never get that back, sucks. I would file the claim through paypal.

Also do you got a phone #, address, real name?

You could call his local pd and have them go talk to him.

Yea, I know guys, I'm an idiot. For some reason I do all these things with my other million transactions, and the only one I don't do that on is the one I get screwed on. I did file a claim, but he basically said I'm not covered by anything and that its basically my ***.....

If you have an eBay account, you can request his address and phone number from eBay.

File a claim if you havent already.

Did you pay with a CC through Paypal? Not sure how long you have from payment, but might want to contact the CC company and see if they can do a chargeback.

I'd say call the bank and see if there's anything to be done through them.

Paypal will most likely not be able to recover any funds. I'd still do a Paypal claim, but in the meantime, contact the bank, you never know what they can do for you.
