Alright guy's help me out please. I have a 1989 lsc mark vii and im trying to run a power cable through a hole in the fire wall so i could run it to the back of my trunk for the amp now i found a hole it's on the left hand side ( if your looking at it from the front) but when i pushed the power cable through it wouldnt go anymore like there was something in front of it insulation or something i was wondering how can i get through that? I need help on this bad if there is any other hole besides that one to let me know cause that is the only one i have found through this car every other hole is either sealed up or doesnt go through at all and you can't drill because there is a sheet of steel reinforced in the front. Please help me out Pm me or post here ThX again

Look and see what is actually keeping the wire from going all the way through. If it is just some insulation go through it. Be careful where bare metal edge meets wire. Vibrations of the car will eventualy cut through the sheathing of the wire and ground it out . You can drill through steel (just ask my dewalt 18v cordless drill) just make sure you watch what is on both sides and you use a quality grommet. They sell bits at Lowe's specifically for drilling through steel. They are a little pricey, especially if you are doing 0/1.
