need help!!! AQ HDC3 18 aluminum coil, i need a slot port box that has a tune of 35hz

i have a 97 ford f150 i took the back seats out for my old install (2 kicker l7 12's) just blew one.. SOOO i ordered a aq hdc3 and now i need a box, but i want to tune it to 35 hz i dont know how to work all the calculators and all that.. so i figured one of you guys on here might be able to help me out??? with like a cut sheet and sketch?
